The Development and Dangers Associated With Artificial Intelligence

In the last six months, Artificial Intelligence, trained by swathes of data to act just like us has grown exponentially in both quantity and quality. This has massive implications for the state of the world we currently live in, and will affect sectors from medicine, to education, to even romantic relationships. It has already infected the art world, leading to much controversy, and calling into question the very basis of things we hold as a standard. We as a society must adapt to analyze what a human element is, and where we stand in this new world where inanimate objects with brains the size of our thumb are smarter than us.
